The details of the Christmas story are depticted on each piece. Jim Shore's distinctive style is characterized by folk art designs, intricate patterns, and vibrant colors. There are some flaws to this set as can be seen in photos - the burgundy wise man's top of headpiece is broken off, shepherd is missing his hook and some fingers are broken, all fairly minor and still a beautiful set.
