Upon very close examination. I think the very tip of the witch's hat had a teeny tiny chip and previous owner repaired it. Not really sure because I am not the original owner. I really don't know for sure. I just think the tip of the hat should be pointy. It is really hard to detect. See my pics. There's no paint missing, just not pointy. I found it to be perfect condition otherwise. No box. Dated 2006.
