Jim Green Custom AR8 Size 9.5 Fudge Nubuck & Tan Roughout w/ Included Kilties

These are a custom pair of Jim Green AR8s that I commissioned. Only worn for 1 month in my boot rotation so they don't have much wear. The vamp and heel counter are a tan roughout leather with the vamp being lined with a calf leather on the inside. The rest of the boot is unlined and are made of a fudge nubuck leather, making it light and breathable. The lasting board and midsole are a high quality polyester fiber board which, according to Jim Green, is good for 2-3 resoles. The boots are constructed with the 360 double stitchdown method to facilitate this. Compared to the stock AR8 model, the uppers have an extra line of stitching, the quarters are unlined, there is a composite shank instead of a steel one, and there is an added internal leather heel counter for added durability. The outsole is JG's natural lug sole in a honey color, made of rubber. These are a size US 9.5 built on their JG last, which is 3E in width. Comes with the original green laces, the improved stock leather topped polyurethane removeable insoles, Rose Anvil tan kilties, and the original box.
