Vintage Penny Poodle decanter made of Genuine Regal China by Jim Beam in 1970. This empty bottle stands about 12" tall with a 5" wide base. There's a smudge of white paint on the ball after it was glazed, but it can likely be removed. No noticed cracks or chips. Top can move and there's a US Internal Revenue sticker across it.
