Rue21 Black Lace Skirt

Black floral lace skirt with high low design manufactured by rue21. Size is XL and lying flat it measures about 15" across the elastic waist, 18" long at the high cut, and 36" long at the low cut. There's one area that needs resewn along the belt and the belt face is a bit worn, shown in photos. 🖤🌹
