mirnatalie @idressforless Hello, My sincere apologies - this is actually only my second purchase on Poshmark, and I wasn’t sure how long delivery usually takes or how payments to the seller are processed. I assumed I had already paid for the item at the time of placing the order (and that the seller had received the money). I definitely should have looked into these details beforehand, and I truly apologize for not doing so.

mirnatalie @idressforless I also assumed that shipping would take at least a few business days, which is why I asked you to send the item as soon as possible - I just wanted to make sure I’d receive it by Monday, August 4. I’m returning from a family vacation tomorrow (Saturday), and I’ll make sure to pick up the package as soon as I can!

mirnatalie @idressforless Glad to hear that. Just as a note - I think it would be helpful for your buyers to know in advance how long shipping takes from your location before you send out an item. I wasn’t able to determine where the item would be shipped from. The website says: "Once your seller ships, your order will be delivered in 1–7 business days". That’s what I based my expectations on, so I was a bit taken aback by the remark about thoughtfulness. All the best.

mirnatalie The buyer only gets the label (and finds out the seller’s location) after the item has already been shipped. Unless the seller shares that info ahead of time, there’s no way to know where it’s coming from - so it’s hard to estimate when it’ll arrive. Thanks for the suggestion - I’ll definitely reach out to Poshmark support to get some clarification, since I’ve been pretty confused by the communication so far.
