Jessica Scott Vintage 80s 90s Blue Purple Hawaiin PullOn MIDI Hi Waist Skirt M/L

This skirt is so fun! I love it! I believe it’s from the 80s/90s. The back waist is elastic and has great stretch. There is no size tag, I do feel it is a size medium/large given the measurements. I am a size 8/10 and it fits me very well, and I do think could fit up to a size 12.
