Jessica Howard dress fit and flair, slightly tinted white almost giving it a pearl look with brown floral print. Large pleats at waist and bodice. Looks like it might have had a belt with it, bought it with out it and never wore it. Sleevless and has rear zipper and hook closure. Fabric does not stretch, Excellent condition. pit to pit 20 inches waist 16 inches shoulder to hem 40 inches
