Super pretty navy blue blazer with gold polka dots from Jessica Howard. It was originally from a 3 piece set, but stands alone beautifully itself. The crinkle fabric is lightweight with a bit of stretch and it has some light shoulder pads for structure. In great condition for a vintage piece. No stains or holes. 19.5” pit to pit, 25” length, 17” cropped cuffed sleeve.
