Chic fit & flare dress with navy and silver striped taffeta skirt. Boatneck, back zip, *has pockets*, 3/4 sleeve, sash can be worn in front or back. Skirt is lined and has built in crinoline for volume. Top is a very comfortable knit-like material, bottom is stiffer like a taffeta. Difficult to capture the sparkle in pictures - see last image; bottom is sparkly silver. Excellent condition - worn once. Smoke & pet free home.
