NWOT Jessica Howard Midi Dress. It's very flattering! I never wore it. The top part has a lining. See pictures where the back zipper is unzipped. It's very comfortable. There's a zipper in the back that opens way down your back. The colors are Black, brown, white. There's belt loops but I never got a belt with it. You can purchase a thin one or go without.
