Jessica Howard Ivory and black dress

This ivory and black dress has never been worn. It is 95% polyester 5% spandex. As featured in the pictures it does have a tear about 2 inches long which is fixed from the outside of the dress absolutely cannot be noticed that is on the bottom .It did it cause snagging which does not compromise the quality of the dress on the inside and can never be seen. Still has the tags on it. Was $128 purchased for $118
