A sweeping skirt covered in a gorgeous floral print adds endless beauty to this Jessica Howard ball gown, styled with a silhouette defining sash belt and fitted bodice. The dress does have a small white spot on the hem of the dress(See the last picture for reference) . I believe it was from it hanging on the floor, other than that it's in great pre owned condition.
