The friend who needs winter boots told me her size is 9.5 Wide. Please measure on the sole of the shoe across the forefoot.

@theauntb6 I updated the pictures with four different measurements. I’m quite positive. These are not a big boot. They’re almost fitted so 9 1/2 inch foot will be perfect.
