Jesse & J USA Made Cream Floral Crochet Vest Fringe Trim Small Medium Large

This vest is practically new!!! The fringe has not been freed from the thread that keeps them in place for shipping. The size on the tag is a bit misleading. I am a medium verging on large and this fits but FULLY opened. Please see the photos with the measurements so you can get an idea of how it would hang on a small, medium and large body.
