mjkelly7 @cataparks weird !:) ok :) I can’t get it to work . I charged it for the recommended 2 hours and it worked for about three minutes then turned off . I’m now charging it again and it won’t come on at all now :( any tips ?

cataparks @mjkelly7 oh no, I’m so sorry to hear this. I would usually charge it for at least 2 hours and it would last for at least a couple uses. I wonder if there’s something not agreeing with the charging cable… like the usb adapter maybe? Can you try a different one? Also, make sure you always keep it in a dry cool place, not in the bathroom… I remember reading that somewhere when I first got it

cataparks Also, the turning on sensor is very sensitive so make sure you touch it at both ends but don’t really put pressure on it, it’s just a gentle touch. Make sure your hands are not greasy or wet when you use it.
