If your measurements fall between sizes, they recommend sizing up, as it is always easier to take a dress in than to let it out. I sized up to fit my chest (C cup) and had the dress taken in. I also had my seamstress hem it to my height, 5’6” to wear 3 inch heels and add cups in so I didn’t have to wear sticky boobs that day! I cut the size tag out that day but it is a 14.
