Good condition no stains rips or tears. Please note the hem was altered. The lining is fine but the exterior has some areas where the hemming is a little uneven or worn. The inside of the top layer is raw, but since it is fading inside the raw portion is not visible when worn. I do not see a fabric content label but it is probably polyester. Not stretchy.
