Jeffrey Campbell western brocade ankle boots

Lovely brocade velvet texture carpet fabric ankle boots. Classic style. Maroon red with a pale grayish background. Elastic gore, slip on style. Marked slightly strange...size 10 but there is also a '9' visible so not sure if the lining has a flaw...I'm a size 8.5 to 9 and they're a bit big on me so I think they'd fit a 9 to 9.5.
