Jeffrey Campbell Forecast Chelsea Waterproof Rain Boots. These boots have imperfections on them. There is a small Mark on the left side and some slight scuffs and water marks. I have emphasized them in the photos. You can’t tell from afar but up close you are able to see them. They still look awesome though. They are really sleek and waterproof.
