nsukramani @2ccarlino2 hi I pulled from the old Nordstrom listing but I think that part is referring to the inside of the boot. The outside is all leather / shiny as you mentioned. I posted two photos of how it looks on the inside if helpful!

nsukramani Hi I just checked the boots and the stamp inside just says Made in China so I would assume it is a synthetic leather outside

nsukramani @2ccarlino2 sorry for the delay. I would true to size! I oscillate between an 8.5 and 9 and these worked for me! I added two photos of the front. There is one scruff I am pointing out. As for material, I cannot find any information either way so I feel most comfortable saying synthetic leather.
