Waterproof Chelsea rain/snow boot. Pull-on style. Elastic at sides of ankles. Rubber throughout rest of boot. 1” heel. A little wear on bottom/soles and slight fraying of elastic on the top of boot (doesn’t affect pulling them on, or the fit). See last pics. Other than that, great condition!
