melhale2002 @eeniemeeniemine share your weight loss story!! I lost 60lbs a couple of years ago by going all Leto. But one of my kids got into some bad things stressing me out. So, I gained it all back. I am furious with myself. I have only been overweight for 5-7 years when menopause hit. I don’t have experience with many diets. So, I would love to know your journey.

eeniemeeniemine @melhale2002 Sorry I missed this earlier! It's a great plan,NO EXERCISE, you have a healthy small snack every 2-3 hours & the weight seriously just falls off. My friend Sara is my health coach, she lost 60lbs! I think it took her 4 months? I'll send you her info😊 My daughter also lost 60 on this plan..its amazing!
