I'm sorry this has happened to you. I had a customer who received an order with a hole ripped out of the side of a box that had had a pair of vintage earrings in it. The earrings had been stolen by someone at USPS along the way. It had the same sticker on it...it is the legitimate USPS sticker. I told her not to accept it, and Poshmark gave her her money back. You have 3 full days to accept or refuse acceptance of the item after you receive it.

If it is past those 3 days, you can contact customer support. Send them a picture and comment. I can't guarantee they will be able to help you, because it is after the 3 days, but it is worth a try. They are really good at answering inquiries within 24 hours. I hope you have contacted the seller. I've sold on Poshmark since 2018; personally, I would refund your money if Poshmark didn't. I can't speak for your seller. Susanna
