Absolutely! They are 15 inches from hip to hip laying flat. The waist measures at around a 28. They are 40%cotton 5% spandex and 55% remi, so not a lot of stretch but a little. Thanks for your interest! These are great jeans, they are just too small for me.

When you say 15 on hips, you mean waist at the top of jeans?? I’m only asking so much bc the seller with the 6 says hers are 14.5 at the top?? So it’s are a 2 but wider at top??

@pinksuga318 oh you’re fine. I was measuring below around the hip, thats where I got the 15inches. I just measured at the top of the waist from end to end and it’s right at 14 inches. Does that make more sense? Sorry so confusing!
