Jeannie Nitro Stretch Black Velvet Mini Dress with Pink Marabou Trim Size Large

It features butterfly sleeves which are open to the waistline for lots of freedom while looking adorable on the dance floor.” Mad cute little goth number. Great quality, but a bit worn. Some discoloration on the ribbon and a few imperfections (pictured). This baby is SHORT, I am 5’1” and it falls right under my butt. If you’re curvy, you’ll want some mini shorts under. I find it doesn’t flare out like on the jeannie nitro website, but rather is more of a bubble hem.
