Jean Paul Gaultier logo wool scarf

You gotta love ole Jean Paul Gaultier! (JP to his friends.) His designs are executed in his own idiom so eclectic that one often doesn't know what to make of them but are afraid to admit it. (Jesus Christ! Who knows what the hell a $3000 raw silk "unstructured" chemise is. Don't ask questions, just pay the man!) On this particular piece he includes a couple of lines in a foreign language next to his logo just to make sure we're all completely intimidated. (Again, don't ask questions, just pay the man!) Fear not, no, these are not instructions on how to wear the damn thing. It's worse. Here, JP gives us a pep talk on the proper attitude to assume when wearing this accessory. He says, "Good news, hooray, hooray! Why not take advantage of it?" All kidding aside, when you can get your hands on a--say it with me, at the House of Hardy it's always--NEVER BEEN USED, MINT CONDITION designer article, you're damn right it's Good News! This all wool, luxurious scarf is just a wee longer than most so that you can wrap it a few times around your neck if you're actually looking for warmth OR you can casually drape it off one shoulder so that admirers can see both of Gaultier logos! If you've never worn JPG, this is a great place to start.
