Bright and Beautiful vintage FRENCH QUIMPER STYLE patterned plate by Jay Willfred Division of Andrea by Sadek. Plate features a man dressed in blue with a bird sitting on his hand. Blue flowers decorate the scalloped edge of the plate. Plate has pierced holes on the back for hanging - would make a lovely accent piece in any room. Measures 9” diameter. There is some minor crazing. Smoke and pet free clean home
