modaba @flutist830 based upon these measurements I’ll say a size 4 would be best. However its likely that you’ll find it a little loose on the waist and bust and would have to send it to get some modifications. You can take a look at the size 4 in the chart provided to get an idea of what Im taking about. Let me know if I can assist you with anything else :)
