Jason Wu for Target T-shirt dress, varied stripes, frayed chiffon trimmed neckline and sleeves. Good condition, slight pilling but color is still vibrant. I'm an XS but wore this as an oversized t-shirt dress with a skinny belt. 37"L from shoulder to hem.
