Short halter neck dress, white tweed with pearl tassels. Wore for an hour at wedding welcome dinner! Super festive and fun and could work perfectly for an after party too! I am between a size 2 and 4, size 26 waist. Altered slightly to bring in at the waist for shape (see two pictures with it on me) as it was very boxy at first.
