Japanese inspired black Silky dress with fancy cloth snap buttons

Beautiful Y2K, TANGYI brand, Asian Fashion inspired, full length, short sleeve dress with intricate cloth buttons with knot ends that snap a diagonal chest piece closed. The inside of the fabric is beautiful pastel stripes that show the other side of the floral pattern on the outside and it shows through when you walk. The outer flowers are stitched with a shiny, metallic thread. I got this dress at a very eccentric shop in Los Angeles. The tag says it’s a size 42. I would call it a Medium. This very captivating dress has slits at the bottom on both sides. This silky feel fabric is likely Polyester although I’m not certain of the fabric content. It is in fantastic pre-loved condition. I’m pretty certain it is from the late 90’s. Measurements: Length-50 1/2” Pit to pit-19 1/2” Natural waist-36”
