Japanese Weekend maternity mesh top with lace knit sleeves

Sheer mesh top with lettuce hem and green knit lace sleeves. This is maternity but could be worn looser fitting as a regular top. Butterfly, floral and numeral graphic. Tag is quite faded but I think I can make out wool and nylon.
