Japanese Studio Art Pottery SET OF 4 Tea Bowls Matcha 4 Square Rust Terra Cotta with Brown Glaze. Resembles Bizen Ware ? Other than the imprinted foursquare mark on the sides, these bowls are unmarked—but gorgeous. They are in excellent condition, rough hewn, but also have a smooth semicircle glaze. Each of the bowls is unique. Each bowl measures approx. 4 1/4” in diameter and 2 1/2” tall. Guessing that they are tea ceremony bowls cups? Artisan quality is definitely there with these bowls.
