This is a rare and unique piece. Probably from the early 1940s, this belonged to a soldier at one point and was most likely carried during World War II. On one side is a brunette girl holding a lighted candle in one hand and a blue phone receiver on the other. Aside from her ballet shoes, she has on little else. There’s a ribbon in her hair and she’s got on a see through short-sleeve bedroom jacket. She smiles. On the flip side, a blonde sits in a white inner tube. She also wears ballet shoes, a ribbon in her hair and a black see-through body suit. Made in Japan.
I am not sure that this works, in fact in probably does NOT work. But it’s such a unique piece!
