Japanese Floral Shirred Tunic

Very loose-fitting with elastic shirred chest and flowing cloth from there. Navy backdrop with flowers in off-white, mint green, and magenta. Purchased in Japan. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Straps are just beginning to fray in a couple places, as pictured.
