Japanese Ceramic Hina Ningyo Maneki Neko with Stand. Lucky cats dressed up as Emperor & Empress. Made in Japan. The approximate measurements for the cats are 2.5 inches tall and 2 inches wide. The stand is 3.25 inches by 6 inches rectangle and height is 1/2 inch. There are some small dots like stains on Emperor and some light stains on stand. Please see photos. The Japanese Lucky Cat is more traditionally known as Maneki Neko which translated means beckoning cat. According to ancient Japanese folklores, it is a good luck charm for good fortune in business and happiness.
