Japanese Brand & by P&D Floral Dress Size XS

I bought this from a thrift store in Osaka years ago when I was studying abroad there in college. It is sooo cute, just doesn't fit me anymore. Each sleeve has a cute little accent button (pictured). Brand is & by P&D, no size but I'd guess xsmall. Material has a bit of stretch. Measurements Pit to pit: ~15 in Length: ~29 in
