Jantzen womens sweater with crochetes sleeves size 38

Not sure of the year, but it is vintage. Button with snap collor closure. Extra fabric covered buttons sewn inside. In great shape except for the small smudge on the back (shown in picture). Crocheted sleeves with button wrist. Meaurements in the photos. Mannequin is a size small.
