Janie and Jack white and navy dress

Adorable white puff sleeve dress with navy bottom and heart pockets. Back has all buttons. Size 4 girls. There is a tiny stain in the front smaller than my finger tip (see 3rd pic). I have only washed this once but have not tried using oxyclean or any other stain removal product. Laid flat to dry. No other flaws. Smoke free home. Other kids clothes in closet - bundle to save!
