This is a first-hand owned dress (with headband), perfect for wearing on July 4th. The fabric is light and breathable. My child wore it a few times; there are no stains or musty odors. However, after a few washes, the two flowers on the chest have some slight loose threads, but this does not affect the overall appearance at all. All measurements are approximate pet free /Smoke free and clean home
