What does the top of the dress look like,

Hi, I just added a photo of the top of the dress.
I have tried to post a photo of the full garment on a hanger, top to bottom, but the program won't let me post anything other than cropped squares. If anyone knows how to get around this, I would be most grateful for any and all advice.
