Charming ruffle sleeve dress from Jamie Kay. Made of soft organic cotton muslin, the dress is in good condition. There are no pulls or rips and a very faint spot where paint got on the dress. It’s mostly washed out but can be seen when looking closely. The size is cut off but this definitely looks like a 2! From a smoke free home.
