James Perse Pale Blue Midi Dress

James Perse pale pastel blue soft midi dress. JP size 4 which is an XL. Would fit large or extra large in my opinion. Very flattering ruching on the waist and cowl neckline. Comfortable and classic. The dress is in worn condition. Small hole on front right (3rd to last pic) and two stains, one on front and one on back (last two pictures). Wear is reflected in price.
