lvk2077@hopeisabird hello. So the measurements are approximately 14” from shoulder to shoulder seam, about 19” long in the back. The hem of the jacket is a little longer in the front and back but shorter on the sides. The front is open with beautiful flowy ruffles. It can be tied at the neck with the ties. Otherwise, it has no zippers, buttons, or hooks. The jacket does have slight stretch to it, so it’s very comfortable to wear. The sleeves are 3/4. Please let me know if this helps.
