pogopogo @tgdance5078 Hi, I would say these are skinny, but not skin tight leggings. The thigh area measures 20” lying flat; the knee area is about 7.5”; and the ankle 6” across. I hope that helps!

pogopogo @sbezzubikoff Hi, the waist measures 16”. The hip measurement is a little trickier, but lying flat across the front is 19”. I think it allows for more with the way the rear is, but not exactly sure how much. I usually wear a 6 if that is helpful. They run big for a 4 to me. Thanks for your interest!
