@sjordan69 the length is 27 1/2 inches. The waist circumference is approximately 36 inches around.

@mrsberry16 I don’t have a 10 or 12 but these do run big. The 8 has a waist measurement of 16”
hips 20 1/2” and the length from top to bottom measures 27 1/2”.

I believe an 8 might work. The 16" is just at the very top laid flat? Any other colors you have in an 8 too?

@mntose the size 2 waist is 13 1/2 inches from side to side. The length is 26 1/2 in from top to bottom.

@michellend2 yes you can usually size down on this skirt. My daughter and I both did. It stretches as you wear it.
