Jade Charm on an Adjustable Artisan Bracelet

Handcrafted. I have tested this stone and it registers as jade. It is cold to the touch. The charm is attached to a double strand of cord and has four round flat beads which are not stone. I have no idea if the writing is in Japanese or Chinese nor do I have any idea what it actually says. (Different sources gave me totally different answers). The bracelet slides to adjust and can expand to 8 1/2 inches. Excellent preowned condition.
