Brand new. I possibly swatched a color or 2. When I bought it originally I bought 2 bc I loved it so much!! Super pigmented colors, buildable, and blend-able. I love this pallet but I still have PLENTY of my other one! I even used this pallet for my wedding day look!! So many good colors!
