Cream flowy dress has a red broad band attatched at waist that is ruched on one side to drape and figure hug around the hips (my mannequin has a flat butt ☹️). Side slit is 24” long. Also has an optional neck tie. Built in shoulder pads accentuate the overall look. Length is 60” so high heels maybe required. Size says 10 but depending on how loose you want the main dress it will fit from size 6 to a 10. The red sash is also stretchy. Made in America. Measurements -unstretched Pit to pit -19.5” Waist (approx 19” down from shoulder) 37”
